Hello! Welcome to my blog about my struggles with losing weight. In July 2016, I started a new training regimen toward a triathlon in 2017. It is now the end of October, and I’ve lost 20 pounds, learned how to swim, and am having a ton of fun with my bike and out on the run. So follow along and see how well I do.
